Snack Desi, a brand dedicated to preserving and delivering India's rich culinary heritage, specializes in 100% vegetarian, authentic, and traditional regional snacks. With a focus on products from Bihar, such as Thekua and Nimki, Snack Desi emphasizes quality by using small-batch production, no artificial colors, and recipes from home chefs and artisans.

The Challenges: Stagnation & Missed Opportunities
