- To manage Your requests: to receive, respond to and manage Your requests to Us, including requests to exercise your rights as a Data Principal.
- To enable autofill across merchants (Autofill Network):
- If you explicitly opt in and provide specific consent, we may store certain Personal Data (such as your name, email address, mobile number and shipping address) so that this information can be auto‑populated for you across participating merchant websites that have integrated FlexyPe.
- Your data will only be used for this purpose where you have granted specific, informed and unbundled consent for “autofill across a network of merchants”, and you can withdraw this consent at any time through the mechanisms described in this Policy.
- We will not store or use your data for autofill across merchants if you do not provide explicit consent for this specific purpose.
- For analytics and Service improvement: to conduct data analysis, identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience, in a manner consistent with the principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation.
- For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred, subject to compliance with applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
- For compliance and lawful purposes: to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, and protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others.

- Autofill across merchants: Your Personal Data will only be stored and used for auto‑populating forms across participating merchants if you have provided separate, explicit consent for this purpose.
- No bundled or implied consent: Pre‑ticked boxes, bundled permissions or implied consent are not used; you will be provided with a clear notice describing the specific data collected and the exact purpose, including any cross‑merchant autofill functionality.
If you withdraw your consent for a particular purpose (for example, for autofill across merchants), we will cease processing your Personal Data for that purpose while continuing to process it for other lawful purposes where allowed.
Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your personal information in the following situations, in accordance with the DPDP Act and Rules and subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards:
- With Service Providers: We may share Your Personal Data with Service Providers (data processors) who process data on our behalf to operate, maintain and improve the Service, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, communication services and security.
- With Participating Merchants (Autofill Network): If you have explicitly opted in for autofill across merchants, certain Personal Data necessary for checkout (such as your name, contact details and address) may be securely shared or made available to participating merchants solely to complete your orders and streamline your checkout experience, strictly within the scope of your consent.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company, subject to compliance with applicable requirements under the DPDP framework.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
- With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions, where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.

As a Data Fiduciary, FlexyPe remains responsible for ensuring that any processing carried out by our Service Providers or partners is consistent with the scope of consent and applicable legal requirements.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required under applicable law.
